Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws and in accordance with the nature of refurbished electronics.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; customers must request a return after receiving the product.

2. Return Eligibility

Refurbished products can be returned if:

  • The product is defective on arrival

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product does not match its description significantly

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software products or licenses

  • Accessories that have been used

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items with removed warranty stickers or tampered serial numbers

4. Return Process

  • Contact customer service with order details.

  • Provide photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Receive a return authorization.

  • Ship the item back in original packaging with all accessories.

Return shipping costs:

  • Covered by us for defective/incorrect items

  • Paid by customer for other accepted return reasons

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of returned items.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
